Carlisle Retail Provides Training in Saudi Arabia
Carlisle Retail Services has successfully delivered a merchandising manager training programme for a customer in Saudi Arabia. The client set an objective of transferring their tried and tested merchandising capabilities into their own team of regional merchandisers that service supermarkets across Saudi Arabia.
We developed a 4 day training module, which was delivered to 100 staff over a three month period. This not only focused on visual merchandising standards and principles, but also best practice management and customer service skills.

Carlisle Security Gets Closer to Clients
Carlisle Security is now a member of the Institute of Customer Service Institute. MD Martin Woollam explained “We have joined the Institute of Customer Service to improve the services we provide.
The institute will help us in a number of ways to achieve the goals we have set ourselves by independently seeking feedback on what we do and then benchmarking the results against others in our field. Our customers are the single most important stakeholder in our business and we need to look after them”. Martin continued, say: “The security industry is changing and so is the world of our clients. We need to make sure that we are moving in the same direction.”

Carlisle Retail Support Centre Goes Live
Carlisle Retail Services recently completed 4 high profile range change projects for key clients in the DIY sector.
The projects bought together a total of 400 staff across the UK, each working different shifts across a 24 hour periods on a 6 days a week basis. On an average day our staff were active at over 50 sites per day.
