Our Management Team

Paul has enjoyed a progressive and successful career in the facilities management industry having started out in an operational management role for the then market leader, Reliance Security Services. Over the next decade Paul worked seamlessly in a number of operational and commercial positions for some of the largest organisations in the facilities management industry, such as Mitie, Chubb & Rentokil Initial. 

Paul's journey with the Impellam Group commenced in 2013 when he joined Blue Arrow as Client Solutions Director. In this position his passion and enthusiasm for people development and service excellence delivered contractual wins of tailored resourcing solutions with annual values of up to £40m per annum.
Paul was then asked to take on the task of Managing Director for Carlisle Support Services in November 2015. As the leader of our company he strategically oversees the direction and ambition of Carlisle.​​

Michael is a resourceful, innovative Finance Director with a strong analytical mindset and proven record of improving systems and processes. Michael holds extensive experience in private equity and blue chip companies in support services, vacant property security and management, healthcare and banking software. 

At Carlisle, Michael supports Paul to manage and oversee the finances of the business, and provide commercial support to drive profitable growth. ​​

​​Adrian has spent the last fifteen years working within the facilities management industry. He adopts a ‘hands-on’ approach to the performance of a contract, supporting the management team in the implementation and ongoing service delivery. Adrian incites proactive, innovative offerings within new and existing clients, continually seeking to challenge and improve rather than to merely provide a responsive and reactive service.​​​​

Jamie joined Carlisle in January 2016 as Sector Director. Initially within operations he has managed national accounts, driven technology projects and more recently been responsible for business development. Now as Sector Director Jamie works to ensure we remain experts within the transport and events sectors with a focus on customer service, market growth and sharing best practice throughout like-minded contracts. ​​​​

Carl supports the business growth within our Events Sector whilst, maintaining our impressive portfolio of clients. Having started his early career recruiting for teams at Silverstone, Donington & MK Dons to name a few, Carl went on to manage operational teams at music festivals, motor racing, stadia & racecourses. Carl has a wealth of business and commercial acumen that will sit alongside our key values and is keen to build on new & existing customers some of which, have been with us over 25 years.​​

Martin’s role as Service Development Director sees him responsible for client retention and service development. 

Martin has worked for Carlisle for 14 years and was personally responsible for winning and developing our rail security and revenue protection contracts with Merseyrail Electrics, Northern Rail, Greater Anglia, Docklands Light Railway, London Overground and TransPennine Express.​

Adrian has been involved in the retail sector for over 15 years, where he has built and sustained market leading businesses in the outsourced services sector. The key focus he maintains is to see things through the eyes of the customer, whilst exceeding their key requirements. Adrian is responsible for our Retail division and has full profit and loss responsibility. His portfolio of clients include some of retails markets largest clients such as Homebase, Sainsbury, Waitrose, Poundland, Tesco, Coop, B&Q, Superdrug, Boots, Wickes, Staples, Akzo Nobel, Black and Decker, Bosch and Artex. ​​

​Nick is one of our newest members of the Carlisle senior management team. Nick is a driven, self-motivated and resourceful Director with a proven ability to develop and strengthen both operational and sales management teams in order to maximise profitability and efficiency. Experienced in leading and growing the business to make a dynamic and progressive business. Possessing excellent communication skills and able to establish sustainable and profitable relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.​​

​Chris has only been with Carlisle for two years but has already won Manager of the Year for his leadership of the transformation project on our London Midland cleaning contract.​ Recently promoted to the Director of Operations, Chris is responsible for business leadership, commercial development and customer relationships within the cleaning sector along with profit and loss accountability at senior management level​.

Rob Pritchard has been involved in the FM industry for over 20 years, where he has undertaken a number of roles focused on delivering quality security services to high profile client accounts. Working for Carlisle for just over 15 years, Rob has strived to develop a culture of ‘partnership and development’ across all operational activities; whilst at the same time providing the highest level of welfare and support to all field based personnel.​​​

Paul has worked for Carlisle for over 15 years in various senior management roles both operational and back office. As Head of Compliance Paul is responsible for managing all of our internal management systems such as ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001. This involves managing all internal and external audits, accreditations and ensuring that the business complies with all statutory and legal obligations including compliance with the Private Security Industry Act 2001. Paul also implements one-off projects and manages any new business transfers and has driven our H&S Culture and Operational Excellence programmes throughout the business.​
