An existing partnership in the UK has expanded into Europe and resulted in the transfer of cleaning staff responsible for turn-around cleaning, deep cleaning and periodic heavy cleaning at ten railway stations and two rail depots in Spain.

Our contract management team is headed up by local management with extensive experience of the service sector in Spain. Their key objective is to provide an improved cleaning service for the benefit of rail passengers.

They are doing this through the introduction of best practice initiatives from our UK operations – including Kaizen and other value engineering principles; a first in the cleaning services marketplace in Spain. This includes a number of innovations such as the use of biometrics to help measure work processes.

Our Spanish staff are out now cleaning trains at key stations including Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga, Seville and Saragossa.
