Annual Superstar Winners - Employee of the Year

A huge congratulations to Nick Roper, Operations Manager, for receiving the Promise-Based Culture Award. 

Nick was asked to step up and support a project which meant taking him away from the shop floor and into the world of client meetings, longer working hours, problem solving, people and customer management. Nick promised to give 100% and delivered on his promise, building strong relationships, managing the teams on-site and ensuring that quality was delivered throughout. 

He is a great example of a future leader in Carlisle and we would like to say thank you for putting in the extra effort Nick, well done.
