The very nature of our work means the success of our services is vital to the success of our clients and the safety of their customers. Our staff are fully trained, SIA licensed and accredited for the tasks they perform, with roles increasingly integrated to deliver added value.
We constantly innovate to find new solutions for clients. For example, we have pioneered the introduction of enforcement officers on the rail network, equipped with headcams to capture evidence, which has brought added safety to passengers and led to 6,000 successful prosecutions. On a number of contracts our integration of service streams means we provide personnel who combine the roles of visitor services and security.
Nowhere is our ability to bring innovation to a contract more clearly seen, than in being the first private security company in the UK to be licensed by OFCOM to use Airwave™, the emergency services TETRA radio system; or our membership of the elite group of security businesses with the Association of Chief Police Officers (“ACPO”) Rail Safety Scheme accreditation.
With our colleagues elsewhere in Carlisle Support Services we combine our capabilities to deliver multi-service solutions. On a number of contracts we work with our colleagues within Carlisle Support Services and, for example, now provide not just security services, but events staff and cleaning personnel too.
Our events team not only provides professional cover on the day of an event, we plan crowd control procedures, conduct risk assessments and then supervise the 
deployment of our people to ensure every customer interaction is a positive one.
