A huge congratulations to Lesley Skinner who won the Customer at the Heart Award.
Lesley is a supervisor and embodies the true definition of a leader, she regularly sacrifices her own benefits for the good of the contract and delivers a first rate service to both her team and the client. Being the only full time supervisor on site has required her to cover multiple roles, train new staff and pick up additional shifts at a moment’s notice.
Lesley keeps a cool head despite the heavy workload and continues to be proactive in identifying shortfalls and potential incidents and finding ways to prevent these from escalating.
