Congratulations to our overall winner of this category, Callum Bavin, Security Officer for our Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust contract.
Callum saved the life of a person who had decided to end their life by jumping from the site’s multi-storey car park. He was first on the scene and engaged the clearly distressed individual. After a period of prolonged dialogue, Callum had managed to talk the individual down from their unsafe position and into the hands of the emergency services.
