This award, sponsored by Clientshare praises those put their customer first, or in this case, their customer’s customers. They stand out by providing outstanding customer service and acts of kindness in their roles.
Mohammed went above and beyond in supporting an elderly passenger who was nervous about travelling to meet her sister, and more so about struggling with her luggage and bearings when getting back to the station.
As a true superstar, Mohammed found out when her return train was due in and met her off her train to ensure she was not distressed. He helped her off the train with her luggage and onwards with her journey.
