19th April 2022

Reading time 1 minute

We’ll be joining the Security Institute on Thursday 21 April at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park for the Protecting People in Crowded Places Conference.

What are the definitions of safety and security? What is the importance of Securing a major Events Venue? And what are the benefits of creating a fully interoperable team? These are just some of the topics that are being discussed at the Protecting People in Crowded Places Conference, where we will be joined by a list of expert speakers in the subjects of Crowd Safety, Contract Delivery and much, much more.

This is the perfect opportunity to learn from these educational CPD presentations whilst also being able to meet other members, hear expert speakers and visit one of London’s unique venues.

Guest speakers include:

Miriam Stone
Prof. Dr G Keith Still
Professor Chris Kemp
Professor Chris Kemp
Jane Fairweather
Eric Stuart

Topics will include the reflections on managing a major incident, can we be fully interoperable in an age of egos and securing a major events venue (the before, during and after).
