June 2017 marked the start of an exciting partnership with Northern Trains Limited (NTL), when a workforce of over 350+ employees joined the Carlisle family to support with revenue protection and customer service requirements across the entire network.
Fast forward five years, and we celebrate a monumental milestone of this contract, with over 172 employees achieving their 5-Year Long Service Recognition Awards with the organisation. As captured below, our NTL Contract Managers, Paul Kemp, and Dominic Warren-Browne along with our Supervisors and Training Manager had the great pleasure of meeting with the team to present them with their supporting cards and gift vouchers.
With the Revenue Protection contract successfully retained for an additional three years, we look forward to celebrating many more opportunities to reward and recognise the team soon.
