Emma Pearman Wilson,
Mahmudul Ahsan, Shazad Ahmed,
and Keith Dymock
East and North Hertfordshire
NHS Trust
Nominated by Yameen Choudhry, he wanted to highlight the great teamwork from Emma, Ahsan, Shazad and Keith when the Trust requested an additional 900 hours extra requested by the Trust, meaning a total of 1800 hours to be delivered in one week.
Managing an increased level of people was hard but with a great team, all of them got together to manage it. The team were running around covering breaks and helping nurses, on top of their main tasks to issue masks and hand gel to visitors as well as filling up on this stock. It was a challenging week, but the team all stepped up to the mark.
Michael Murphy
KeolisAmey Metrolink
Following a restructure at the ACC arena, Michael seamlessly transitioned into our Contract Administrator role for KeolisAmey Metrolink.
With four weeks to mobilise, and the Covid-19 pandemic adding to the pressures, Michael made a huge contribution to the successful launch of this new contract. He also made the same impact during the introduction of Body Worn Surveillance and Trambassadors to the contract. With many twists and turns, Michael has met the challenge every time. We are very appreciative of your promise-based culture and work ethic.
Matthew Burgess
West Yorkshire Combined Authority
Matthew’s role is a Customer Care and Security Officer; however, he always goes above and beyond his duties. On many occasions Matthew has shown that he will react and deal with anything that he comes across.
One evening he was opening the disabled toilets for a customer when he notices the toilet area was unclean and unfit for use. Matthew apologised to the customer and went on to clean the toilets, so it was suitable for use. He is not employed to carry out cleaning duties, but when asked he said, “I want to make the station a safe and clean environment for the client and their customers”.
