Our Involvement

Carlisle Support Services are excited to have been awarded a three-year contract to provide managed cleaning services for Siemens. This involves delivering daily cleans and CET Tanking for Siemens across the West Midlands Trains Fleet, along with daily fleet cleaning at a number of their stations. Labour support is also provided to the Kings Heath depot where daily and PHC cleaning is carried out for the fleet.
The two different service delivery models we operate on the contract which are a Managed Service provision across 6 outstations and then an Agency Labour model at Kings Heath. The key outstations where we provide service, daily and PHC’s from time to time are located at Birmingham International, Birmingham New
Street, Bletchley, Coventry, Crewe, Milton Keynes, and Northampton.
The service is supported by a mobile team who operate from Bletchley providing dedicated support to the outstations team to ensure that we deliver the number of cleans to the required standard every night. The contract has a dedicated management team who provide support to Siemens and bring together all of the Management Information generated from Work-IT. As part of the service delivery, we are introducing additional cleaning staff to the contract to ensure we can support the additional timetable changes which will see West Midlands Trains operate a full service at weekends.
