Relief Cover Corporate Receptionist

Location: London

Working Pattern: This is an ad hoc position and hours are NOT guaranteed. You will be covering sickness/holidays and other absences.

shifts available-

08:00 TO 17:00, ( Mon to Fri) and 08:00 - 16:00 (Saturdays)

OR

09:00 - 18:00 (Mon to Fri) and 08:00 - 16:00 (Saturdays)

Hourly Rate: £12.05

The Role

Carlisle Support Services are currently recruiting for a Relief Cover Receptionist to work at our client prestigious site in Central London. You will be required to cover holidays/sickness and other absences of the current, permanent team.

The Person

The successful candidate will have experience in working on a corporate reception. You will be presentable, approachable and your customer care skills will be second to none.

Main Duties

  • Greet visitors in a polite and friendly manner
  • Create visitor passes
  • Alert staff when visitor arrives
  • Operate switchboard
  • Other ad hoc admin duties

Please Note;

We welcome people from a range of different backgrounds, with a variety of skills and experience. Due to the nature and sensitivity of the work, there are certain criteria that you must meet to be eligible to work at our Clients' premises.

You must be a UK National, continuously living in the UK for the past 5 years and be able to provide the right to work documents, including a 5 year work / educational history.

Upon successful interview, you would be required to satisfy the companies vetting standards / procedures;

  • Security Clearance (SC) to be obtained via the client application process.

Full uniform will be provided and must be worn on every shift and kept to a high standard.
