The Role

Are you interested in developing your career in the key role of Scheduler working on a major contract based out of Manchester?

We are looking for a well organised, confident individual to work in this very busy role as part of a team. This is a salaried position working shifts.

The Person

As an ambassador for both Carlisle Support Services and our prestigious client you must be able to demonstrate a 'can do' attitude, strong customer focus, excellent communication skills and the ability work well under pressure.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Confidence with ability to work in a high-pressure environment

Confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner

Ability to work within a team to tight deadline

Experience dealing with people from a variety of cultures and backgrounds

Main Duties

Efficient planning and scheduling of a large number of staff across varying shift cycles to ensure staff schedules are up to date and accurate

Communication as required with front line teams concerning deployment arrangements which can often include short notice changes

Liaison with Managers concerning staffing requirements achieving maximum coverage by minimising open shifts

Updating and approving holiday requests to ensure leave quotas are maintained and cover is available
