We are seeking a Regional Contract Manager to lead a variety of our prestigious cleaning and security contracts along the M62 corridor. You must be a strong leader, ensuring that we meet all client expectations specifically around recruitment, training, hour's fulfilment, employee engagement and health & safety.
You will be a people person with the ability to manage and motivate at all levels, never being afraid to also work alongside your operational teams in order to achieve the required outcomes. Previous exposure to successfully managing a full account based P&L, and thus reporting of such, is a key requirement of the role.
