Carlisle Support Services (part of Impellam Group Plc) is looking to recruit a "Team Administrator" with either general Admin experience or someone with HR Admin / Vetting background

Purpose of the Role:

  • To provide a support service to operational delivery teams across Carlisle Support Services
  • To ensure that all administration tasks across Carlisle Support Services are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate data using appropriate employee management systems (Time Gate) relating to operative records across Carlisle Support Services
  • To ensure that any confidential information is not disclosed in line with company policy
  • To support all contracts across Carlisle Support Services with support on Time Gate
  • To support Recruitment Team / Hiring Managers / Candidates with advise on "Right to Work Documents" and "Security Industry Authority" documents (SIA) and also time to time provide analytical reports on the MI
  • To ensure operative administration function is compliant to company policy and legal requirements at all times

Tasks /Duties/Responsibilities

  • To support the administration function as required with all aspects of the "on-boarding" of operatives across Carlisle Support Services. This includes production of contracts, verification of paperwork and documentation i.e. PORTW, system set up etc.
  • To support with ensuring that all relevant operatives are vetted to required standards within specified timescales
  • To carry out ECS checks on employees to check right to work in the UK
  • To issue Licence Dispensation Notices (if necessary) in support of SIA employees
  • To assist employees with SIA applications through online system
  • To process leavers across Carlisle Support Services as required
  • To support the creation of agency workers on Time Gate
  • To ensure that system and personnel files hold accurate information to ensure all operatives are managed to correct terms at all times
  • Process maternity/paternity/sickness and other relevant requirements by the business including liaising with the payroll team
  • To investigate and respond accurately and promptly to operative queries
  • To support the management teams across all contracts but specialising in Security

  • Excellent communication skills - articulate and focused, proficient written skills
  • Attention to detail / and accuracy
  • Self-motivated
  • Good organisational/time management skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities and deliver to deadlines
  • Competent user of IT systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively
