Carlisle Support Services is a leading provider of Support Services. Our people focused culture drives our operation and we work with some of the biggest customers in transport, retail, leisure and manufacturing. We are recruiting for an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead the recruitment of Security and Events staff across their Southern Region. The ideal candidate will have previously recruited personnel in the sector and will be adept at delivering both single number and volume campaigns. You will have a good understanding of recruiting across multiple channels, particularly social media and will be able to deal with multiple stakeholders and campaigns on a daily basis.
The importance of success is reflected in the strong bonus package that will be linked with performance.
Occasional travel across the South of England will be required so candidates will ideally possess a full driving licence

Person Specification :
Experience of recruiting 'blue collar' workforce
Experience of volume recruitment campaigns
Understanding of social media to connect with potential candidates
Experience of national recruitment campaigns
Knowledge of recruitment legislation
Good PC skills
Induct groups of 10+ people at one time
Training and Facilitation
Builds good internal relationships
Can act as an internal supplier
Honesty- will not over promise
Patient and adaptable to change
Good planning and admin skills
Luton- But flexible to travel UK wide and if needed stay away from home
Full UK Driving licence
