Helpdesk Operative - Part Time

£11.00 per hour

Hours - Mon to Friday 09.00 to 13.00 (20 hours)

Location : Capability Green, Luton

Holiday - Statutory - accrued in line with hours worked

Job Role :

The Helpdesk operative will be responsible for allocation, tracking and closure of faults/jobs assigned to Carlisle, in partnership with the operational team on the Greater Anglia contract. The main focus will be ensuring that all the reactive jobs are logged and closed out on AssetPro with in the agreed time scales to enable the performance criteria contained within the KPI's to be achieved on a monthly basis, thus ensuring that no financial penalties are raised against CSS. This role does include the production of weekly fault reports and the monitoring of operative attendance on site.

This role will include a variety of tasks including the following:

Helpdesk (AssetPro)
  • Logging of all faults in a timely manner on AssetPro.
  • Communication of the faults to the operational management team on the contract in a timely manner to enable the resolution of these faults within the agreed KPI's.
  • The active management of jobs on AssetPro.
  • The closing out of all jobs once completed.
  • Production of the monthly KPI data from the AssetPro systems as directed by the contract manager.
  • Requesting extensions from the client when required due to access issues.

    Time & Attendance

  • Daily Arbitration of shifts on the Timegate system

  • Production of monthly Time and Attendance report

  • Ensuring the accuracy of the attendance information contained within Timegate.
  • Submission of leaver forms to the Admin team in Luton.

Isolation and Possession Booking

  • Co-ordination with 3rd parties and sub-contractors to arrange access to the infrastructure.
  • Acting as a point of contact for all isolation and possession queries.
  • Liaising with internal teams regarding isolations and possessions.

Consumables, Materials and Equipment Management

  • Process using an online portal all requests for materials and consumables.
  • Liaise and manage Craftex regarding the repair and maintenance of equipment on the contract.
  • Co-ordinate the repair of equipment.

Production of Periodic Cleaning Reports

  • Collection, processing and presentation of information produced by the periodic team on a daily basis.
  • Updating the graffiti and fly tipping reports on a weekly basis.
