We are seeking a driven and experienced Administrator.
Monday to Friday 0800-1600
40 hours
Managing security ID card and access request emails, maintaining ID card systems, counting and reconciling cash, reporting finance information, dealing with telephone calls, taking payments in person and over the phone, general admin, assisting Senior Site Supervisor, ad hoc duties a required.
Must have experience in a busy office.
Administration experience essential.
Excel and Microsoft Office experience.
Managing email inbox experience is desirable.
Cash Handling experience would be an advantage.
Customer service desirable
Ability to manage a busy workload and priorotise tasks
On site parking, friendly and busy working environment.
