Do you have at least 3-years' experience in security, including retail? Do you want to work for one of the UK's fastest growing security companies in one of the best paid retail security jobs available? If so, we have a vacancy with an immediate start available.

You will be part of an Advanced Mobile Support Team, supporting stores across Walsall and surrounding areas. Part of the time will be responding to incidents in real-time, whilst the remainder will be planned, proactive visits to stores.

A company vehicle, fuel card, all equipment and uniform will be provided, along with comprehensive training.

Shifts: 40.5hrs per week

16:00 - 00:00 Tuesday & Thursday

11:00 - 19:00 Wednesday & Friday

15:30 - 00:00 Saturday

Pay: £13 per hour

What are we looking for you to do?

  • Be a highly visible, overt presence and deterrent across the store when deployed.
  • Be adaptable at short notice.
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests from stores once on site.
  • Take part in store based operations against known, prevalent offenders.
  • Be responsive when contacted via radio.
  • Be able to deescalate incidents.
  • To proactively engage with the public.
  • Provide post incident support and welfare to all staff.
  • Ensure store based guard are performing to the required standard.
  • To build a relationship with store management.
  • Build a working relationship with local Police.

You must:

  • Hold a Door Supervisor (SIA) License
  • Have been resident in the UK for a period of 5 years or more
  • Eligible to work full time in the UK without restrictions.
  • Have a clean driving license
  • Please also be aware that you will be asked to declare all previous convictions and cautions, including spent convictions, and driving offences.

Must be able to:

  • Complete security vetting BS-7858-2019
  • Provide a full 5 years of work history without gaps
