You are:
Able to ensure successful delivery of all operational and financial objectives and to ensure all service levels are met, and where possible exceeded, in line with client key performance indicators, client service level agreements, financial targets, operational policies, and external legislative requirements. The role covers all Retail Merchandising customers and will require UK travel and occasional nights away from home.

What you'll do:
- Gain visibility of clients annual activity and develop operational plans
- Ensure business has a sufficient skilled resource to meet work plans and balance across all contracts
- Develop strong client relationships and ensure effective resolution of client requests ad complaints
- Manage weekly resourcing plans and project plans
- Maintain good relationships with local client stakeholders
- Lead all store development and project deliveries.
- Ensure robust implementation plans
- Manage client reporting and SLA tracking tools
- Keep financial forecasting and invoicing details up to date
- Manage payroll, expenses and travel needs
- Ensure accurate project prices and project budgets are in place for all work
- Ensure suitable financial processes are in place to cover quotations / cost packs, purchase orders, billing and debt collection
- Ensure training and development tools are fit fur purpose for all levels of account team, to include field personnel- manage training matrix
- Manage team performance, including fast and effective resolution to any people issues
- Complete regular site visits.
- Ensure managerial site visit coverage
- Ensure coverage for all client meetings
- Recognise operational risk and develop suitable mitigation
- Ensure safe working practices are adopted by all members of the team
- Ensure suitable resource planning processes are in place - weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually
- Ensure implementation of fit for purpose operational processes to enable excellence in delivery
- Ensure suitable quality control processes are in place
What you'll need:
- Significant experienced in running retail development projects, ideally new stores/refits and multi site range reviews
- Strong people management skills and experience of leading and managing multiple teams of people, particularly merchandising and installation teams
- Experience of working in a customer-driven service environment
- Able to problem solve and demonstrate solution orientation
- Self-motivated and able to adapt to a changing environment
- Skilled influencer
- Demonstrates the ability to forge and maintain relationships over the telephone and face to face
- Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Must hold a full UK driving license and if needed to work unsociable hours - covering the North
