Full time Security Officer role for a defence business in Filton, Bristol. Full SIA training provided (no need to currently hold a security licence).

Carlisle Support Services are looking for a full time Security Officer to work at our client's site in Filton, Bristol with an immediate start (subject to vetting & screening). It is not necessary to currently be SIA licenced as we will provide full training to enable you to obtain a SIA security licence. This post would ideally suit ex-military personnel or ex-police officers.

The successful candidate will join our small friendly team providing 24/7 security cover for this defence business working 12 hour shifts across days & nights at a modern and comfortable facility with free parking and good public transport links.

You will require a valid SIA Security Guard or Door Supervisor licence which, if not already held, will be funded by us. You will be able to operate or be prepared to learn how to operate both access control systems & CCTV systems.

You will need to be able attain an SC level security clearance for this role (funded by our client) for which you will need to be a British citizen and able to provide proof of this (birth certificate or passport).

Previous experience is preferred however full training will be provided along with smart, comfortable uniform and other company benefits. The working hours are a 7 on 3 off 7 on 4 off shift pattern.
