A warm welcome to some new members of the Carlisle family, who attended their Operational Excellence Induction and Management sessions recently.
All our new managers spend a week on the nearest available monthly Operational Excellence training course. This course is held at our head office in Luton and is attended by managers from across our business. We find this initial focus enables people to grasp our business operating procedures and the support available at site level.
Our strategy is to create managers that not only deliver the highest quality service but also feel part of the wider Carlisle business and senior team.
