Behind every good company are the support functions who tirelessly work behind the scenes to ensure that processes are in place to help alleviate pressures for our front-line employees.
The Finance Team as a whole are usually the first in the office in the morning and the last to leave at the end of the day. Their approachable, friendly attitudes and expert knowledge in what they do encourages people to feel at ease when needing to find answers to their financial related questions.
Their team work and constant efforts to improve their knowledge of the business has helped towards achieving some great things in 2016 including bringing down debt to its lowest yet.
