Environment

With a 21% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions and a 12% drop in Scope 3 since 2021, our progress is measurable and accelerating. Key enablers include increased adoption of electric and hybrid vehicles, low-GWP materials, and the ISO 14001 certification of over half our facilities. We’ve already surpassed 1 million tons of waste diverted and are targeting 2 million by 2030. This isn’t just carbon reduction – it’s systems-level transformation.

Social

Significantly redefined ethical employment by eliminating subcontracting for core roles, ensuring direct accountability, better conditions, and long-term stability for our people. Our stance on modern slavery is uncompromising and underpinned by mandatory training and rigorous supply chain controls. Resulting in a workforce model that values dignity, transparency, and trust.

Governance

Our governance framework includes comprehensive risk management and legal compliance, which support a strong corporate reputation and long-term resilience. We view governance not just as a regulatory requirement, but as a strategic enabler of sustainable growth, employee engagement, and long-term competitiveness.

Supporting every aspect of employee wellbeing

Our people, our priority

At Carlisle, we believe wellbeing goes beyond the workplace. From mental health support and financial wellbeing resources to continuous learning opportunities. We provide an environment where every employee can thrive personally and professionally.
