All supervisors and managers can present these on-the-spot £20 prizes to instantly acknowledge and reward employees who show promising acts towards one of Carlisle’s core values.

Quarterly Superstar Awards
Aligned to our four company values, the quarterly superstar awards allow staff members, clients and members of the public to nominate Carlisle employees that go above and beyond. Our senior management team awards four winners and four highly commended staff each quarter, personally recognising their achievements and discussing opportunities for growth.

The Lifesaver Award honours the extraordinary acts of heroism undertaken by staff members who have achieved the incredible: saving a life. Winners of this award demonstrate exceptional courage, quick thinking, and selflessness in the face of critical situations, displaying the highest standards of bravery and dedication to the well-being of others.
Personally awarded by our senior management team and recognised by the entire business and clients alike, these lifesaving stories serve as inspiration to all.

As part of our commitment to developing exceptional people, we are proud to celebrate the outstanding loyalty of our staff through our Long Service Achievement Award. With our longest service achievement currently at an incredible 39 years, we are honoured to acknowledge the milestones of those who have played a key role in our success over the years.
