On Wednesday 15th January 2025, Carlisle Support Services brought together key industry stakeholders, front-line staff and our client KeolisAmey Metrolink, for a day of Engagement and Celebration of the Metrolink contract.
In 2024, Carlisle was awarded the Travel Safe Officer (TSOs) Services contract to provide this key service to our valued client, Metrolink. TSOs are responsible for maintaining peace and protecting the public whilst using the rail network, alongside providing rail staff with added support during aggressive and anti-social behaviour, trespass and safeguarding incidents.
To recognise the dedication and commitment of our TSOs, CSS brought together many of our front-line staff to get close to industry stakeholders who provided an update on the contract and the future of the TSO role.
