Our involvement

Awarded in May 2018, Carlisle deliver integrated security and stewarding services, including static and mobile guarding, CCTV monitoring, key holding and visitor assistance. These services are provided by a core team of 25 people with up to 500 staff on our events database, including 3 managers and 12 supervisors.
The managers are responsible for the delivery of the carefully crafted events templates to make sure the Arena has the right balance of safety and customer service for its patrons.

Stewards are trained in spectator safety, pit crew duties, ACT Counter Terrorism, Fire Marshalling, CCTV and the use of body work surveillance. We also carry out live test scenarios including terrorist attacks and major civilian disasters. We have hosted major events such as the Labour Party Conference and the Netball World Cup, as well as high profile music events with acts such as Paul McCartney, Katy Perry, Kylie Minogue and Mumford and Sons.
