Nick moved beyond the heavy legal terminology to deliver a masterclass in translation, breaking down the legislative ‘musts’ into a clear and actionable roadmap for 2026, without going into excessive detail on each point at this stage.
This session provided the clarity we needed to navigate an enormous legislative shift and the nuances of our responsibility.
We also explored how a premises’ scope can shift overnight based on physical changes to a site and discussed the vital importance of documenting the ‘why’ behind your security decisions.
