Carlisle Support Services is proud to confirm that for the second year in a row, we will be taking part in Railway Children‘s 2026 Three Peaks Challenge by Rail.
With two teams of four (exact teams to be confirmed), we are excited to announce our team members for this year’s event:

On Thursday, 25th June, our two teams will take part in a race against the clock to scale the three highest peaks of England, Scotland, and Wales (Scafell Pike, Ben Nevis, and Snowdon) over forty-four hours.
This impressive challenge will take our two teams on a total ascent of 3064 metres (10,052ft), which is the equivalent of scaling the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, 3.7 times.
Starting their first climb at 7:30 pm on Thursday, the team will ascend Snowden, then, fourteen hours later, they will arrive ready to climb their second peak, Scafell Pike, before they tackle their final mountain, Ben Nevis, at 4:20 am on Saturday.
Organised by the Railway Children, this event will raise funds towards helping children who find themselves vulnerable and alone on stations and streets around the UK, India, and Tanzania, by removing the vulnerable and those experiencing cruelty in their situation from the risk of life on the streets.
