We’re proud to launch a new initiative via the Operations workstream of Project Why.
From Monday 26 April 2021, a new call recording software will be implemented for our Central Support Centre, based in our Head Office, Luton.
All calls incoming and outgoing to and from the Support Centre will be recorded, as a tool to aid the training, development, and performance management of our team of Resource Co-ordinators.
The significant benefits to Carlisle Support Services will be:
