After incredible success at previous events held at ACC Liverpool in 2024 and more recently at Excel London in 2025, the Innovation Lab and Superstar Awards ceremony will return for the event’s 7th iteration, at ACC Liverpool on Thursday 5th March 2026. With over 600 attendees anticipated for the event, we look forward to delivering our most engaging event yet.
Similar to previous years, the Innovation Lab promises to deliver a day of solution exploration, professional development, and peer-to-peer networking to challenge the status quo and provide delegates with tangible strategies that help future-proof their organisations.
Over the coming weeks, we will be announcing the speakers who will take to the stage to discuss the latest trends, innovations, and changing landscapes within the cleaning, security, events, and facilities management sectors.
With innovation being the most important concept behind the day’s events, we’re also pleased to confirm the return of “Challenge Innovation” to bring forward fresh and innovative ideas that can be implement within a contract’s day-to-day operations.
Challenge Innovation first originated at last year’s event as a new initiative, which saw the business invest £50,000 in three ideas to drive innovation in the proposed area of their contract.

But this year will be a little different; instead, we will see one winner scoop the entire £50,000 investment, and we are excited to see what our teams can come up with.
The Challenge Innovation team will be accepting submissions until 31st December 2025, which marks the beginning of the proposal evaluation, with our shortlisted final five announced by the end of January. On the day of the event, delegates will be able to watch the final five proposal presentations live on our main stage.
After a period of deliberation on the day, our panel of judges will make their decision on the final winner, with this decision being announced during the Annual Superstar Awards Ceremony, held on the evening of the Innovation Lab. This is a night of glitz and glam as we bring together our support functions and operation teams, clients and industry stakeholders for a night of celebration to recognise the achievements of our teams.
