At Innovation Lab 2026, Carlisle Support Services will once again convene the leaders shaping the future of Security, Cleaning, Facilities Management (FM), and other support services, setting the stage for a day defined by ambition, accountability, and forward-thinking leadership.
As the lights settle across a room of more than 700 senior leaders at ACC Liverpool on 5 March, the anticipation will not simply be for a keynote address, but for a perspective forged in one of the most demanding creative arenas in the world. This year, the event will open with Paul Evans, Chief Executive Officer of Carlisle Support Services, whose vision has positioned Innovation Lab as a flagship forum for sustainable, people-led progress across the sector. From there, the baton will pass to a keynote speaker whose career has been forged at the highest levels of global creative leadership. We are delighted to announce Jason Bevan as our key note speaker at Innovation Lab 2026.
The speaker stepping forward is a storyteller of global renown and a leader who has spent decades shaping how ideas are built, challenged, and realised on a global level.
As former Head of Creative Development and Vice President of Marketing EMEA at Warner Bros. Studios, Jason led the creative development process behind some of the defining film franchises of the 21st century. His portfolio spans Harry Potter, The Dark Knight and the DC Universe, global productions – where expectations were quite vast, visibility was higher and creative judgement carried measurable consequence. Before Warner Bros., Jason worked with Disney across London and Paris, designing and engineering large-scale creative events that captured international attention. Today, as Managing Director and co-founder of Content Creator Studios, he continues to create visionary premieres, immersive experiences and strategic publicity campaigns for leading studios and brands.
Operating at this level requires an innate vision, an ability to unite diverse teams around a singular narrative, to refine ideas under scrutiny and to protect originality while meeting the realities of global markets. Jason worked directly alongside world-leading filmmakers and studio executives, navigating the intersection of creativity, strategy and commercial accountability with clarity and conviction.
Jason challenges a common misconception, that creativity belongs only to traditionally ‘creative’ roles. He believes that innovation exists within every function, from frontline operations to strategic planning, if leaders are willing to unlock it. In a post-pandemic environment shaped by hybrid working, digital acceleration and rising expectations, he sees a significant opportunity for organisations prepared to re-examine how ideas are generated and supported.
Jason’s keynote session Rocketfuel Your Innovation and Creativity: Insider Secrets from Major Films and Their Creators will bring that discipline into focus. Highlighting stories drawn from collaborations with industry-defining directors and global production teams, Jason will demonstrate what ‘outside the box’ thinking truly looks like when resources are finite, timelines are fixed and delivery is non-negotiable. He will show how removing barriers to traditional thinking can create momentum, even in environments that appear operationally rigid. Furthermore, revealing how bold creative thinking survives intense pressure and how high-performance cultures are constructed deliberately incidentally.
His presence is quite relevant for Carlisle and aligns closely with our core values. The Innovation Lab has been established as a flagship forum to collaborate and showcase what’s shaping our industries next. In our sectors where operational resilience, compliance and service excellence underpin every outcome; we believe innovation is not driven by technology alone – it depends on culture, confidence, and the ability to empower teams to think differently about familiar challenges.
Our upcoming Lab provides the setting for these crucial points a stage. Bringing together over 700 senior professionals and more than 20 exhibitors, and delivered as a carbon-neutral event, the event reflects Carlisle’s continued commitment to responsible growth, operational excellence, and forward-thinking leadership. Jason Bevan’s keynote will set the tone with energy and clarity for diverse audience. His experience demonstrates that creativity thrives not in comfort, but in environments where standards are high and leadership is decisive for every industry.
